There's a story about a husband hugging his 45kg wife tightly and causing a fracture. I think this is less about the husband's hug and more about the wife's extremely poor physical condition. Especially this part: "The wife, with a thin build of around 45kg, frequently skipped dinner for weight management and rarely engaged in outdoor activities to avoid the sun, leading to weakened bones." Not seeing the sun means vitamin D deficiency, leading to weakened immunity and osteoporosis, and on top of that, she reportedly rarely ate properly. Her body must have been like a dried-up twig all over. Hugging her tightly would naturally make her break easily. Even if the husband hadn't hugged her, she was probably in a physical state where she would have easily fractured a bone if she accidentally bumped into something or fell.
