Honestly, after the NOL system revamp, just playing whack-a-mole is so frustrating. You can't even view it by section, it's strictly the whole screen with no middle ground. Seriously, feels like someone who has never done ticketing built this system. If it's gonna be this trash, at least give us auto-assignment like baseball. It's so terrible we can't do anything. And on top of this, you can only take one queue at a time, make us play whack-a-mole for 10 minutes, and then kick us out. This was NOL for Kenshi Yonezu today ㅜㅜ
